Formed in January, 1979, by Kurt Geschwender as a division of Geschwender Real Estate Company, this company was the first in Omaha devoted solely to third-party relocation business. We represent, or have represented, all of the major third-party companies as well as many individual companies and corporations. We understand how to successfully market corporate properties and have achieved a great deal of success in this field. In addition, the Relocation Division manages and markets foreclosures for the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation and other lenders.

Corporate Employees Benefits Programs Geschwender Relocation Services has several programs available for firms that need to relocate one or several employees or new hires. If you want to offer an employee a company buyout on his present home, we offer, in conjunction with a national employee relocation company, a special home-buying service.

There are also other programs available that do not offer a home-purchase service but do provide a complete Seller Assistance Program, which helps your employee sell his property for the BEST PRICE in the SHORTEST TIME.
